The Lancashire Clinic was formed by the merger of two smaller Synexus Clinics in Chorley and Wigan. The Lancashire Clinic, which opened in 1993, was the first Clinical Research Centre in the Synexus group.

We opened our prestigious Chorley Clinic in December 2006 and the new premises are located within Buckshaw Village’s Matrix Business Park in Chorley. This move gave us the opportunity to provide all our patients with excellent in-house facilities. Nearby, Euxton Hall Hospital and Fulwood Hall Hospital provide us with X-ray facilities. The Clinic is within close proximity to both the M6 and M61, and Manchester Airport is only 35 minutes away.

We are a COVID-19 SMART site, which means we use best practices to reduce virus exposure and are dedicated to ensuring this location remains open and available for research.
