New information on how we process your personal data

Panoply Health Limited (“Panoply”) works with pharmaceutical companies and CROs to recruit patients for clinical trials. At Panoply we ensure that all data entrusted to us is protected and remains confidential. When you expressed your interest in taking part in clinical trials and receiving communications from us, you were provided with an informed consent form explaining how your information is collected, used and disclosed and what your current information rights are.

We would like to inform you that because of organizational restructuring within the Panoply group companies, Panoply’s assets, including its database, will be transferred to its affiliated company, Synexus Clinical Research Limited (“Synexus”, registration number: 5575991, Registered Office: 12b Granta Park, Great Abington, Cambridge, CB21 6GQ, England, UK). We can assure you that Synexus is committed to maintain the same level of information security protection as Panoply and will use your personal data only for the same purpose as you have agreed to. Synexus is a global company and personal information may be shared across international borders. Personal information may be shared with affiliated companies, some of which, including Acurian and PPD, are based outside of the European Union or the United Kingdom, and with contracted third parties, i.e. agents and service providers, on a “need to know” basis to meet legitimate business purposes. We have put measures in place to ensure that adequate protection is provided to such data, for example, we have executed Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”) for such data transfer. The SCC provide legal guarantees for your personal data and you may request a copy of the SCC from us through the contact details listed below.

Please note that we rely on your explicit consent when we process your data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data by filling out the form below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be transferred to the Synexus database, unless you withdraw your consent that you gave to the processing of your personal data by clicking on the above “Unsubscribe” link prior to the Transfer Date. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted from the Panoply database and will not be transferred to the Synexus database.
