Are your bones fracturing more easily?

The most common condition affecting bones is osteoporosis which is caused by a reduction in bone mass. This makes the bones become weak and both men and women may suffer from osteoporosis although it is more common in women. Losing bone mass is a natural part of aging however it may become excessive in some people who end up developing osteoporosis. This means your bones become weak and are more likely to fracture and damage or you may notice that you are losing height. Synexus has many years experience in conducting trials aimed at screening and prevention of Osteoporosis and we have state of the art equipment (DXA scanning) in the majority of our clinics. If you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, or may be at risk (for example a family history), please select from the studies below to see if you’re eligible to take part.
