The pain from osteoarthritis (OA) of the hip or knee can be difficult to manage. People with this condition feel the pain differently, describing it for example as a dull persistent ache or sharp stabbing pains on movement, or both. Others describe it as a burning sensation, or a feeling of bone rubbing against bone.

If you live with OA of the hip or knee, you will know the limitations this can have on your day to day activities, making you slow down and become more dependent on others. If this is you, then we would like to invite you to contact us to find out more about a research study for OA of the hip or knee.
